Does anyone have any good pump up songs they listen to before they play to get them in the zone?
If so could you list them.

| I dont listen to pump up songs in the locker room usually. on road trips I listen to the song step up before we get off the bus. |

My songs are:
Stairway to heaven- Led Zeppelin. (OK, so its not a big pump-up song, but I love it)
Won't back down- Fuel
Refugee- Tom Petty (I have no idea why, it just does)
Top of the world- T.I. (They play this in a locker room)
Sky is the limit- Lil' Wayne (This is the team "song", our warm-up that we go on the ice to)
Theres others, but I can't think of them at the moment

for some people, maybe... one of the girls on my team always plays her best when she listens to mellow music beforehand. Not too psyched out, she just goes out there and kicks a$$.
