HI there,
maybe somewhere its already topic like this one, but I couldn't find it here,
my question is about feeling pain in my pelvic girdles when I do my strech or even if I move my hips or move to side my leg, It's not about muscles, I feel it in my joints. what do You think?is it going to disapear trough stretching? maybe some of You also had this? I will try taking some glucosamine and hope it will help me till summer
btw for guys near slovakia

I have no idea what you're asking...but the fact that Marian Gaborik has a school is AWESOME! I so want to go to Slovakia just to go to it.  |

It should take up to two months before you see any benefit of this, just FYI. |

| Early arthritis maybe? If it's right in the joint, could be a lack of cartilage. |
