one of many ways to chill out for me is just skating, making a small loop next to Your goal, MA Fleury does so and it seems to help me

Being a goalie is all about your mental state. You have to ride the emotional waves, not get too high or too low. If you make a big save, enjoy the confidence but avoid the mental "high" because you will tend to get too aggresive, trying to make another big save. When a goal is scored on you, look back, figure out what you did right, what you did wrong. Remember this information, and then forget the goal. Learn from your mistake, but dont dwell on the past. Finally, the best adivce ive ever been given is that as a goalie, every single goal is your fault. No matter what happened on the ice, your fault. It always motivates me to put 110% to keep every shot out of the net. Hope this helps!

Like a person before me i played with two teams. One as a second season in a new age group so i played few games and let few goals in but the ones i did people looked at me and was pissed, and at a young age it was tough, so joining a new team which was the worst team ive ever seen, done me good. Having 50+ shots every game 2 games a day helps you. Going into the game with a song that keep in my head, pre game rituals and knowing im here to work on keeping the basics in my game. One goal goes in doesnt matter its about keeping the next one out.

Main advice i can give is knowing your a good goalie and one goal or bad games doesnt make you a bad one, make sure it doesnt happen again.

Whatever you do, don't look at the score....just don't.
