HOW TO GET OVER BAD GOALS:
Develop some ritual, for example skate to a corner and back or lift your helmet and take a drink. Also think about them ahead of time. What it feels like and then figure out a way how to handle them. After all life will continue, goals will go in and the most likely the sun will still rise next day. So what is the worst thing that can happen? You didn't give a chance for your team to win but if you have done everything you can do play as good as you can there is not a reason to feel bad. If you have prepared for the game as good as you can and try your best that is all you can do. Just try to enjoy the game, even it is easier said than done.

HOW TO BE MORE CONSISENT:
I had the same problem when I was about 14 and lot of other goalies have that too. That is why I developed this program: http://www.icehockeygoaltending.com/goalie_zone.htm

It is all about the preparation. If you practice enought and make consistently the saves at practices and for some reason not at games it is how you have prepared for the game.

100 000 repetitions make a movemet automatic and then it is all about how you have prepared for the game.

Off ice warm up it crucial for pratices and games too. If you are from North America I know you guys never do it. For example Miikka Kiprusoff would not be able to do what he does if he didn't do it. Off ice is not only for the body also for your mind too.
