I highly recommend any ladder drills. Bought my sister one for her birthday and I've used it just as much as her. Definitely a lot faster than when I first started on it!

Laughing to finish that sentence is riding a stationary bike or an actual bike a way of improving quickness?

I tore the hamstring in my right leg during a game last year - a 2/ borderline 3 tear, with 3 being the worst, so pretty bad.

The sports physio told me a stationary bike was among the best exercise for goalies for strength and quickness. I'm on it 3 days a week now, with no problems.

Biking in any way is good. Ideal for anyone who needs low-impact exercise. However, you usually need to do twice the work to see as big of results as you would if you were to run instead.

On the other hand, running is hard on your knees....especially on pavement. If you're going to run, find a beach and run in your bare feet. This will give you ten times the workout in 1/4 of the time.

I've got one drill for U "Rbkgear".
Place 20 tennis balls on the half of the basketball pitch,in a center of this half place a basket.Your job is to put all balls to the basket as fast as you can.If U do it with 40 balls you will improve your endurance as well.
u can also do it on ice with pucks.

Greetings to all goalies from Szczecin/Poland;)
