just wondering how many goalies can actually do the splits, i been trying to do em for couple months now, getting closer  . |

close with a Russian (chest up left foot toes up and right foot toes up), can nail the side splits (one foot toes pointing up the other pointing down)

| Im working on it, I got about 11" to the floor from my groin area. Thats going legs out either side, instead of back and front! |
