Yeah I have no critiques. You're far beyond me in almost every term. You're fast, you butterfly and recover stupid fast, quick glove, good vision, nice reads, nice stick handling, and positioning is awesome. I saw very few pucks go by you and even fewer flaws.

"Give credit where credit is due."

Anyways, how'd you get to be so fast and agile? Any certain drills or years of playing or just...naturally? You're ridiculous fast and I don't even know too many pro goalies moving THAT quickly...unless it's just the video, but it looks like it's not choppy...so it's gotta be you.

Can you post the off-ice training you do in the goalie drills section please? I'd love to know what it is with an accurate description of how to do it so I can start conditioning.

That's a good question. Unless your trainer has somehow figured out how to patent stretches and conditioning techniques, you could at least HELP us...since...that's kind of the point.

Really...can you expand just a bit and give us just a couple of good core exercises over on the goalie conditioning thread?
